How to cancel a VRPorn.com subscription

VRPorn.com does not bill you directly. Payments go through a billing company, Epoch or SegPay, and you cancel on that company's website. It takes a few minutes.

Step 1: find your member ID

Search your email for the purchase confirmation from Epoch or SegPay. It contains your username and member ID, and tells you which of the two processed your payment.

Step 2: cancel with the billing company

• Paid through Epoch: go to epoch.com and use the customer support / cancellation option with your member ID or the email you paid with.
• Paid through SegPay: go to cs.segpay.com and look up your purchase to cancel it.

Keep the cancellation confirmation email.

Step 3: if something goes wrong

If you cannot find your member ID or the cancellation does not go through, contact VRPorn.com customer support from their FAQ page; they say they will give you the exact steps.

• Access after cancelling: cancelling stops the next renewal. Check your confirmation email for the date your access ends.
• Discreet billing: VRPorn.com says nothing adult-related appears on your statement; the charge shows under a neutral merchant name.
