VR Conk review

The short version

VR Conk is the cosplay and parody studio from the VR Bangers team. Each scene is built around a costume and a character from a game, anime, film or series, shot with the same equipment and production standards as VR Bangers: up to 8K, 180° and 360°, binaural sound.

If costumes and characters are what you look for, it is an easy buy on the yearly plan at $6.95 a month. If they are not, the main VR Bangers site covers more for the same money.

What you get for the money

200+ scenes, streaming and downloads, and free toy sync scripts. Month-to-month is $19.95, cheaper than VR Bangers' $24.95, so a single month is a reasonable way to watch the best of the catalogue. Lifetime at $250 is about three years of the yearly plan.

Picture quality

Newer scenes run up to 8K. Costume detail is where higher resolution pays off, so a Quest 3 or a PC headset shows VR Conk at its best.

Who should pick something else

• You want variety, not costumes. VR Bangers costs the same on the yearly plan and covers far more scene types.
• You want cosplay plus everything else. VRPorn.com lists VR Conk among its studios, alongside hundreds of others.

Verdict

Buy the yearly plan if cosplay is your thing. At $6.95 a month it is the dedicated pick for character VR.
